how to wear confidence

Confidence is something that many of us strive for in our daily lives, however it can be difficult to wear confidence. I’ve been on the body confidence journey for the last few years, and I can be the first to admit that there are high days and there are lows. Which is why I am an advocate for community building so we can be a resource for one another. On your journey to confidence? Here are some tips you can take to help you learn how to wear confidence.

The first step to wearing confidence is believing in yourself. This means taking the time to recognize your strengths and skillset and using that knowledge to your advantage. Believe that you are capable of achieving your goals and that no obstacle is too big for you to overcome.

The second step is to practice being confident. This means even when you don't feel confident, you can act like you are. You don't have to fake it until you make it, but you can practice being confident by speaking up in meetings, taking on new challenges, and taking ownership of your work.

Third, surround yourself with people who make you feel confident. This can be anything from family and friends who support your goals to mentors who can help guide you along your path. Building a strong support system of people who believe in you can help you to stay focused and motivated in the pursuit of your goals.

Finally, remember to take care of yourself. Confidence comes from feeling good and that starts from within. This can come from meditation, exercise, intentional eating, and practicing self-care rituals.
